Who we are

These terms are between you and Katherine Emily Ashton, Individual / Sole Trader, ABN 34 457 479 683, trading as Mossbrook Research, of 16 Lilla Road, Pennant Hills NSW 2120, Australia.

Research use only

For Research Use Only. Not for human or veterinary consumption. Not a drug, food or cosmetic. Not for diagnostic or therapeutic use. By ordering you confirm you are acquiring these materials for laboratory research use, that you are over 18, and that you will not administer them to a person or animal. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Pricing and payment

All prices are in Australian dollars. Mossbrook Research is not registered for GST, so no GST is charged and prices are the total payable. Payment is by bank transfer or PayID. Placing an order issues you a reference and our account details; payment is made by transfer quoting that reference. Orders are dispatched on cleared payment, and an order lapses if payment has not reached us within three business days — nothing is charged and no card details are held at any point. If a price is listed in error we will contact you before dispatch and you may cancel for a full refund.

Delivery

Australian addresses only. Timeframes are on the shipping page and are estimates, not guarantees, once a parcel is with the carrier.

Returns

Set out in full on the returns page, which forms part of these terms.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Subject to that, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
