What we collect, why, and how to get it removed.

What we collect

Your name, delivery address, email address and phone number, so that an order can be dispatched and its status communicated. Payment card details are entered with our payment processor and are never received or stored by us.

Why we collect it

To process and dispatch orders, to provide tracking, to handle returns, and to meet record-keeping obligations. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for advertising.

Who we share it with

Our carrier, for delivery. Our payment processor, to take payment. Nobody else, unless required by law.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for seven years to meet Australian tax and business record requirements. Marketing contact details are deleted on request, immediately.

Access, correction and deletion

Email support@mossbrookgoods.com to see what we hold, correct it, or have it deleted. We respond within 30 days and usually within one business day.
