Cold chain

Compounds requiring temperature control are packed with a cold pack and insulation. Lyophilised peptides are stable in transit at ambient temperature for the duration of an Australian domestic delivery; refrigerate on arrival.

Where we ship

Australia only. We do not ship internationally and we do not forward to freight-forwarding addresses.

If something goes wrong

If tracking has not moved for five business days, or the parcel arrives damaged, email support@mossbrookgoods.com with your order number. We will trace it with the carrier and replace or refund the order — see Returns and refunds.
