Are these products for human use?

No. For Research Use Only. Not for human or veterinary consumption. Not a drug, food or cosmetic. Not for diagnostic or therapeutic use. We supply laboratories and independent researchers for in-vitro work, and we do not provide dosing or protocol guidance of any kind.

Who am I buying from?

Mossbrook Research is the trading name of Katherine Emily Ashton, Individual / Sole Trader, ABN 34 457 479 683, at 16 Lilla Road, Pennant Hills NSW 2120, Australia. The same details appear on every page of this site and on your invoice.

Do I get a certificate of analysis?

Yes, with every order, and it is the certificate for the batch in your box rather than a generic one. The batch number on the certificate matches the pen.

What does the purity figure mean?

It is the proportion of the sample that is the stated compound, measured by reverse-phase HPLC. It describes the contents of the cartridge and nothing else.

How long does delivery take?

Metropolitan addresses 1–3 business days after dispatch, regional 3–7. Tracking is emailed at dispatch. Full detail is on the shipping page.

Do you ship outside Australia?

No. Australian addresses only, and we do not forward to freight forwarders.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Email us within 14 days with your order number and a photograph and we replace or refund in full, including return postage.

Why are there no reviews on the site?

Because we do not yet have verified ones. When we publish reviews they will come from confirmed orders only, and the critical ones will be published alongside the positive ones.
